RiwazahGlobal products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Your order is produced after purchase rather than being shipped from pre-existing inventory.

Most orders are generally shipped within 2–7 business days after being submitted for fulfillment. Production times can vary depending on the product, fulfillment provider, season, availability and order volume.

Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may take longer during holidays, peak periods or unexpected fulfillment delays.

SHIPPING TIMES

Delivery time depends on the product, fulfillment provider, destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

As a general guide, Printify currently lists Standard Shipping at approximately 2–5 business days for most domestic US deliveries and approximately 10–30 business days for international delivery. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Where faster shipping is available for a particular product and destination, alternative shipping options may be offered at checkout.

These shipping estimates refer to transit after production and are in addition to the production time described above.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges vary depending on the product, quantity, fulfillment provider, destination and shipping method.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping costs are separate from the product price unless a promotional offer or product listing specifically states otherwise.

RiwazahGlobal currently accepts orders for delivery to:

• United Kingdom
• Australia
• New Zealand

Shipping availability can vary by product and fulfillment provider. If a particular product cannot be shipped to your selected destination, the applicable shipping option may not be available at checkout.

TRACKING

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the package has been handed to the carrier. International shipments may also experience periods where tracking updates are limited while the package is in transit between countries or carrier networks.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including apartment, unit, suite, postal code and other information required for delivery.

RiwazahGlobal is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Because orders may enter production shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that an address change will be possible.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Where such charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the customer upon import or delivery.

RiwazahGlobal does not control customs authorities, import assessments or carrier brokerage procedures, and we cannot guarantee whether additional charges will apply to a particular order.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur because of production backlogs, carrier disruption, weather, customs processing, public holidays, incorrect addresses, inventory availability or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number and we will help investigate the shipment.

LOST OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is confirmed as lost in transit, we will work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery or another issue attributable to the recipient, additional shipping charges may apply if a replacement shipment is requested.
